Billing information
- Payments collected monthly in advance on or around the 5th of each month
- The monthly billing period runs to the 5th of each month
- A full month’s subscription is charged in the month of sign-up and month of cancellation
- The subscription for the first month will be charged as a disbursement on your annual fee
- Periods prior to your direct debit commencing will also be charged as a disbursement on your annual fee
- Your bank statement will show “GoCardless Ltd”
- CB Reid Ltd reserves the right to suspend subscriptions where payment has not been made or charge interest at 1.5% pcm on overdue amounts
- Your monthly invoice will be sent on or before the payment date via email.
- CB Reid must be notified 5 working days in advance of the 5th of any month in order to avoid a monthly subscription fee being payable for the next month.
