Graduate trainee, Josie Cope, has enjoyed some recent exam success by completing the ICAEW Advanced Level examinations. This represents the completion of the ACA qualification and, subject to some formalities, will see Josie obtain Chartered Accountant status.
“I am delighted to complete these exams and qualify as a Chartered Accountant,” said Josie. “The ACA qualification is rigorous as it involves both formal examinations and on-the-job training over several years but it has helped equip me with the skills needed to assist clients in my day-to-day role. Training with CB Reid has been fantastic as I have received a lot of support with my study plus general training and mentoring. Right now I am looking forward to getting some of my evenings and weekends back although that will now be filled with home renovations!”.
CB Reid Director, Matt Haines, commented: “Josie joined us in 2015 and has been as dedicated to her training and development as she has been to looking after clients during this time. We’re delighted for Josie to obtain her ACA qualification which recognises all of the hard work over the past few years. As an ICAEW training firm we are committed to developing the Chartered Accountants of the future – it’s therefore pleasing to see our trainees qualify and then move into more senior roles with the firm, ensuring continuity and high levels of service for clients”.
